About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and integrate advanced AI solutions across real-world applications. You will work on building scalable machine learning systems, optimising performance, and driving innovation at the intersection of AI and product development.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and deploy robust AI/ML models for production-ready systems that solve meaningful business problems.
• Continuously refine and evaluate model performance, ensuring scalability, low latency, and reliability in real-world environments.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, including transformer models, generative AI, and open-source research. Propose and prototype cutting-edge solutions that drive competitive advantage.
• Partner closely with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are aligned with product goals and user needs.
• Articulate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across teams. Mentor junior engineers in AI/ML best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience designing and implementing AI/ML systems in Python using frameworks such as TensorFlow,PyTorch, or JAX.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with expertise in backend development (Python or Node.js); familiarity with frontend frameworks like React is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in deploying AI models to production using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with data pipelines,MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow), and model monitoring in production environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of model evaluation, bias, and interpretability.
• A self-driven mindset with a strong passion for artificial intelligence, innovation, and continuous learning.
